Fit and Fabulous
Hey y'all. I'm a college student about to start my fifth year (durn double major). I was underweight throughout high school and all I ate was junk food. Well, those habits have caught up with me and after I quit showing horses and my activity level took a nose dive, so did my metabolism. I gained a whopping 40 pounds after my first two years (85 lbs -125 lbs). Now I know 125 isn't bad, but I'm only 5'1", and coming from 85, it looked really awkward. Hey y'all. I'm a college student about to start my fifth year (durn double major). I was underweight throughout high school and all I ate was junk food. Well, those habits have caught up with me and after I quit showing horses and my activity level took a nose dive, so did my metabolism. I gained a whopping 40 pounds after my first two years (85 lbs -125 lbs). Now I know 125 isn't bad, but I'm only 5'1", and coming from 85, it looked really awkward. I made a few small changes here and there and some of that weight just kinda went away, so now I'm trying to be fit and fabulous. At 110, I feel really healthy. I'd like to finish toning up my body. Sure, my tracker says my goal is 105, but if that number doesn't show it's really no big deal. It's just a number My biggest struggle is realizing I'm at a healthy weight and lifestyle now after having been super thin for so long. But my eyes are opening and it's looking wonderful.

My Goals:
I'm not overweight, but I do struggle with my food intake sometimes. I want to make healthy deisions everyday. When I crave something, I can have it, but it has to be healthy and it has to stay in my daily calorie range.
My Program:
I read everything on nutrition and fitness. I think knowledge and awareness are the best weapons. I drink at least 8 glasses of water/day and get my 9 fruits and veggies/day.

My name is Allyn, and I'm a senior at Mississippi State University double majoring in English and Public Relations. I can't wait to graduate so I can move off and experience life! Plus, I love to be an adventurous cook, but let's face it... in a town named Starkville, there is simply not much opportunity for anything. My goals are to work in the publishing industry, either editorial or publicity.
