My Goals:
my goal is to loose 30 to 50 pounds by year end. its a tough journey because i also am trying to quit smoking, which instead of cigaretts

i eat, so in the process i have gained wieght instead of loosing it. its depressing.

My Program:
so far i really have no program, i joined a gym. if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

i love to garden but right now im fighting with deer who love to eat my flowers and other plants. i also work in a pet food store and i love animals.

Elcome to the Thyroid team!! The things that have helped me are: Cutting out almost all sugar, drinking as much water as I can, exercise, eating lots of veggies, and eating whle wheat instead of white flour stuff.
Another thing that helps a lot of people is to use the nutririon tracker to track their daily calorie/ fat/ carb/ vitamin intake. (i do it sometimes, but I have a hard time doing it every single day).
