My Goals:
-Get toned up including my midsection
-Start training TKD again
-Start personal training sessions after Christmas

My Program:
-Cardio at least 3-4 times per week
-Weight training 3 times per week
-TKD class 2 times per week when I find a good school

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Westbrook, Maine but now living in Washington, DC. I am a Speech Language Pathologist working at the Children's hospital in DC. My hubby is in the Air Force and home for now thankfully!

Other Information:
I love music and concerts. I also love football and am excited for the season to start. I'm a huge OU football fan and also love the NE Patriots!

I am also on a break from TKD...I am not sure for how long...I may just end up "training" at home for a while. I have studied WTF style & did primarily sport/sparring. What did you enjoy most or get from your experience thus far???
