Ready to be Healthy!

I had a recent health scare involving my heart. After several days in the hospital and testing, I found out my heart is perfectly healthy. I asked my doctor if I was cleared to exercise and got the approval. I am determined to do everything I can to keep my heart healthy. I never want to experience the fear and stress that surrounded me those days in the hospital.
I enjoy singing and listening to music, and am an aspiring songwriter. I love the challenges of technology and spend a lot of time on my computer. I am also a pet person, and have one cat named Marley.
