My Goals:
My goal is to lose 75 pounds by the end of 2013.

My other goals include becoming a runner, a strength trainer and a healthier eater, and cooker.

I also want to change my family's habits little by little until we a exercising together and eating healthier meals and snacks!!

My Program:
Currently I walk 6 plus miles 3 days out of the week at work, I have also added weights to a workout routine after using my elliptical at home.

My goal is to add swimming to my routine at least 2 times a week.
