When I turned 30 I got into shape. Then I had kids. Now I'd like to get back into shape and stay there.
Trying to fit exercise in by doing short bursts- 10 minutes at a time- through out the day. Making the switch to less meat, more veggies, more whole grains.
I have 3 kids. My baby has a congenital heart defect and has other special needs. I have been using food as a stress reliever. Gaining weight instead of losing weight is not helping with the stress. I also teach. I love my little firsties.
