I was perusing the message board and I love that you have your rewards posted for each increment of pounds lost! I just decided to get a new work out outfit at 5 pounds...and the bathing suit at the end sounds wonderful! thanks for the inspiration!

I know, I know...I suck! I got so busy at work. Hoping to pick it up again soon - but stupid legislative projects are holding me up from having any free time. But You'll be proud to hear that I have been running and started up on geocaching again - so I do about 15 miles a week of running and about 4 miles of hiking a week. So I'm not just totally slacking - just not as active on here! I promise I'll be better - soon! :-) Laura moved in with Jay and I so it's been helpful getting the motivation to get out on the weekends. :-) We need to catch up again soon!!!!!

I so much relate to the Sedona idea--it's one of my favorite places! I visited there once and I loved it so much I wanted to return. But there are other places in the world I've never visited, either. Good luck with your Sedona, AZ goal. It's laudable. emoticon

Contact your State Parks. Almost all states have a beach you can ride on. They send you to one where there are no nesting birds. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful it was. It was like kissing GOD! emoticon
