One step at a time

Hello and welcome to my page! I have been up and down with my weight and this time I really want it to stay down. I have been walking with my fiance everyday now and I am feeling good everyday. I am very thankful that I have someone who understands me and is very supportive. The hardest part is committing but if you know what you want and you think about it everyday it helps, for me anyways :)

My Goals:
I just want to be healthy. I have HBP and I am trying to lower it down by exercising and eating healthier.

My Program:
I am walking at least 30 mins a day. exercise bike 20 mins a day 2x a week. If the weather is really bad I don't walk so I just do my Leslie Sansone dvds. I recently bought the supreme 90 days, I am saving that for later :)
