Hi! My name is Shakethia! I am a sassy, outgoing chick looking to lose a few pounds and tone up my body. Being a wheelchair user, it's harder to lose weight. When you first see me you would probably tell me I do not need to lose any weight but I would feel so much better about myself a few pounds lighter. My Goals:
I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies and stay way from the sweets...well lets say limit the sweets! :) Would love to drop 10-15 pounds and tone up this body of mine. As a teen I was the fat girl and I will not allow myself to go back there! I am an emotional eater and learning to deal with it on a daily basis.
My Program:
Drink 8 cups of water daily...this is a hard one
Eat 5 fruits & veggies daily
Cardio: 3 days
Strength train: 3 days
As God did...rest on the 7th day!
Personal Information:
I am a 28 year old southern chick from Mississippi! At the age of 14 I was in a tragic accident that left me paralyzed and I currently use a wheelchair. I know I am still here by the grace of God and I give him all the praises! I tell people all the time...don't let the wheelchair fool ya! I am a sassy and classy young lady that WILL speak her mind. I am also currently pursing my Masters degree in Business Administration :)
