I joined sparkpeople over a year ago (at least). I took a look at it, played a little on it and didnt come back.

I got laid off from my job in April of this year, since, I have struggled with depression and taking care of myself. I have hit an all time high with my weight of 250 lbs. It scares me that I am putting my health at risk.

My Goals:
Weight Goals

I am currently at 250 lbs (ugh!) My ultimate goal is to lose 110 lbs and I would like to do so in 10% increments..

My Program:
I am committed to 30-45 min of cardio 6 days a week (or more) and strength training 4 x a week.

I am going to eat mostly whole foods and keep my caloric intake at 1500 -1700.

Yay you! I'm so happy that you have finished your Vision Board. I hope to see you at the up-coming rally and please bring your board to share and motivate others. I myself, am just getting back into my walking now that the sun is out...thank God! Instead of marching off any pounds in March like I planned, I just dragged myself around playing yo-yo with a pound or two. But I've decided this April Fools Day that I'm done FOOLING AROUND with this weight. I'm getting back on track and getting ready for my first 5K Walk, one of the goals on my vision board. Hey Girl, How are you doing? This month has been a drag for me. All this rain and allergy has had me playing yoyo with 1 pound. One week I lose it, the next I gain it back...what the heck is that all about! It's driving me crazy, but then I again I'm happy it's only 1 pound, right? That's why I really like spark, because even though we slack and get off track, we can always SPARK right back. I hope to see you again at the next meet n greet April 05.
