My Goals:
To track all food eaten and stay under 1500 calories a day, exercise at least three times a week, and continue to learn healthy weight management strategies.

I am using SparkPeople to track calories and am counting on other Spark members to keep me inspired!

Personal Information:
I am a mother, a wife, a nurse, and a pet owner. I am married with one teenager and I have2 dogs & 2 cats. I am unhappy with my weight. My life is great except for the extra weight.

Other Information:
I am an avid reader. Some of my favorite authors are James Patterson, Eileen Dreyer, Sandra Brown, Ann Rule, Jonathan Kellerman, and Janet Evanovich. I also enjoy watching TV, cooking, gardening and bird watching.
