I've been thinking about your question about the Greek yogurt and how to make it taste better to you, and not sure what to suggest.
I actually like how it tastes, both plain and with fruit and cereal. Maybe you're just not yet ready for a taste that tart? Maybe you just don't like flavors like that and never will?
Texture sometimes matters. If you stir it up before you serve it, the result will be smoother and creamier.
Not sure any of this will help - fortunately there are lots of other options. Nonfat cottage cheese actually has more protein per calorie than Greek yogurt, so if you like that, you're winning, anyway! 2628 days ago
