I recently checked in for major urgent surgery at 9am on Oct. 31, 2016, & I came home on Nov. 4th at 9:00pm. Being in recovery mode is definitely a New Beginning. God is so great that He has seen me through the operation which lasted 1.5 hours past the expected time. But it was needed...
Can you imagine, my surgeon removed an organ WEIGHING 1400 GRAMS, which should have Only Weighed 50-70 grams!!! I am definitely in need of and overdue (yet so on time) for the bursting of the rainbow.
I am gratefully alive with the best support from my parents and my partner. I am in pain right now, but healing and recovery are taking place.
My nutrition and fitness look different and the way that I live is more careful and slow during this 2 month min. recovery. God is the greatest!

~Organize home, tell parents to get rid of at least 10 boxes/bags a day!

DURING MY RECOVERY from SURGERY, 8 weeks Nov. & Dec. 2016:
1) NO Lifting, Pulling, Pushing more than 25 lbs!
2) WALK for short times throughout the day, 3Xs min. try for more a day!
3) REST from all activities (ie. school, church, internships, etc.)!
I'm a pretty cool person :oD
And I love the Arts, Beauty, Learning, & Life!
I am Renewed! Fresh Wind is welcomed from God daily!!!
