I went sailing Friday even though I wasn't feeling my best. But I bundled up and had a refreshing experience!!! I've been trying to get out on the water since Fall 2016...I made it!

Well, June is here, I'm getting ready for graduation finishing off Spring 2017 and completing Summer 2017 to get to my B.A., all while starting a new diet plan and working on being a better more whole me! It's a lot on my plate, and I look forward to it being a healthier transition for me!

Every day I'm living closer to fulfilling my dreams, completing God's will, and being secure in who I am!!!

So, enjoy your summer 2017, I am looking for it to be one of my BEST YET!!!

~ Complete my Spring & Summer 2017 courses, Incompletes and all!
~ Feel the FRESH air each day!
~ Manage Pain!

MID RANGE:
~ Get Rid of Excess Weight from 230.5 lbs to 174 lbs by Dec. 2017.
~ Participate in 2 Different set Exercise/Movement Classes each week.
~ Organize My Home...Mini Minimalist Style.


LONG TERM:
~ Get Rid of Excess Weight from 240 lbs to 127 lbs by Dec. 2018
~ To have less body aches & pains.
~ To be comfy when I sit in theater seats w/my coat on!

~LiveSTRONG program @YMCA, May - August
~My first year back, 2015-2016, at the University to finish my B.A. in Religious Studies (new major/Part Time Student) with all A's with the exception of one B+.


My Program:
Visualize My Victories!!!
1) Stay in the BOX & Meet My Minimum HMR requirements Each Week!
2) Get RID of the Pounds that equal my being Overweight!
3) Have a Healthy BALANCE with all of my activities (ie. school, church, internships, volunteering, etc.)!
4) Get 2,000 Calories Worth of P.A. (physical activities) done each week!
5) Plan & Follow Through!
