2013 Lifestyle Changes

I am a 50 year old female and have fought my weight my entire life. I begin each year trying to take off the pounds I put on over the past 4-5 months. Each year this gets harder and harder. I feel so much better eating right and exercising regularly. Why do I not stick with this routine??
