My Program:
My first two weeks I plan on focusing on my eating, drinking 8 - 8oz. glasses of water a day , and walking on my treadmill daily.
I am also involved in a weekly meeting with friends to help stay motivated.

Congrats! on your cleanse. Take it easy this week with some fruits, veggies, salads, and maybe some fish and you'll be doing good. Welcome to the Clean Eating group.
