My goal is to be healthier and fitter. It is not about being thin but about being fit.
I attend weekly WW meetings. Along with Weight Watchers I have been using sparkpeople, and my fitness pal to provide me with the information to reach my goal. I also rely on my fitbit to keep me accountable to my daily fitness.
I like to think of myself as computer savvy but truth be told I am slower than some at figuring things out but I am not going to let that hold me back. There is nothing in life that we should allow to hold us back...nothing! Sometimes we may just be slower than others at getting there.
Before I noticed I was "fat" I had NO idea about reading labels, portion sizes and good nutrition. One day my eyes were opened to just what size I was. About 10 years ago I lost 60 pounds 8 yrs ago had a baby and now I am trying to get rid of the rest of my excess weight. Ten plus years ago my goal was 100 pounds I AM going to get to a total of 100 pounds loss and surpass it to a healthy weight and a fit body.
If I can do it you can too! All you need are the tools and knowledge to make the right choices.
Hummmm not sure what to say - your goal was 10 mins a day but you only did 3 days - but you did a total of 90 mins instead of 70. SO great job on the minutes but not sure what to say about you meeting your goal, gosh I am going to say you did but how about trying for 4 days this week.
You were right on with your water. But I did notice that you didn't track your food. Are you tracking some other way then with SP?
