New Goals Updated 12/5/2012:
-Eat as a family x3 weekly
-Continue S.T. 3 times a week
-Implement Pull-Up strategy from Coach Nicole (saved)
-Follow Triathlon Training Plan for Nov 2012 and beyond

My Program:
- Eat foods I like and experiment with making heatlhy recipes weekly.

-Walk/Run consistently until I can run a 5K without stopping. DONE

-Mix in other physical activities to keep myself entertained. Dec 2012 added Aqua Boot Camp and Land Boot

-Focus- Reflection- Rewards for postive achievements.

You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes. New Challenges are starting Sunday.
