-Eat as a family x3 weekly
-Continue S.T. 3 times a week
-Implement Pull-Up strategy from Coach Nicole (saved)
-Follow Triathlon Training Plan for Nov 2012 and beyond

My Program:
- Eat foods I like and experiment with making heatlhy recipes weekly.

-Walk/Run consistently until I can run a 5K without stopping. DONE

-Mix in other physical activities to keep myself entertained. Dec 2012 added Aqua Boot Camp and Land Boot

-Focus- Reflection- Rewards for postive achievements.

Good Morning!!

I do most of my workouts in the house or at Golds gym. One of my friends workout at Planet Fitness and she does the Fedex Field bootcamp with a personal trainer. Let me find out ya'll might be working out together!! I would love to run them steps at Fedex!

We are struggling to warm up in the DMV!! Let's hope these clouds go away and we can get some sunshine and warmth going on!
