My Program:
- Eat foods I like and experiment with making heatlhy recipes weekly. -Walk/Run consistently until I can run a 5K without stopping. DONE -Mix in other physical activities to keep myself entertained. Dec 2012 added Aqua Boot Camp and Land Boot -Focus- Reflection- Rewards for postive achievements.
