My Goals:
My overall goal - even if I can't get down to my "goal weight" is to fir into my pre-pregnancy clothes without still looking pregnant!
My Program:
I'm trying to make healthier choices, a huge thing for me is portion controll. I'm a big over-eater so I'm trying to watch how much of everything I put into my mouth - even if it's healthy.
