Losing Baby Weight

Now that our third child is here, I am focusing on a healthier me. I had a difficult pregnancy with some issues that kept me from exercising and it ended in an unplanned c-section. So now I'm recovering and nursing a new baby so I want to eat as healthy as possible. I'm limited to light walking until my 6 week check up, so a normal workout routine is out of the question at the moment.

My Goals:
My goal is to have a healthy recovery after my c-section and to eat a nutritious diet for a nursing baby. After my 6 week check up, I'd like to get back into a normal workout routine to tone and lose the baby weight.




My Program:
At this point, I want to stay within my calorie range, plus 400-500 extra calories to account for breastfeeding.
