    It is all good! You are doing great! Keep putting in the work and you will get where YOU want to be.

    I am a new runner myself, so I know about starting off slow. You have to start somewhere and one day you will look up and be amazed and have far you have come.

    I see that you joined a C25K team - that is a great start to training for a Half Marathon. I started with the podcast for c25k and then continued from there to train for a Half.
    You can do this , 13 miles sounds ridiculous now, but as the weeks go on and you break your belief barrier by increasing your mileage you will see that a Half marathon is very "doable".
    I can not describe the feeling of accomplishment that I felt crossing the finish line. Can not wait to hear about your training and ultimately when you have accomplished this goal . emoticon emoticon emoticon
