My Goals:
My Goal is be 135 pounds.
Wear a size 6 jeans.
Rejoin the military.
Live an active lifestyle and to enjoy doing it all!

My Program:
Right now I am doing Slim n 6 and eating right. I am trying to be healthy so I am using the calorie counter on this page and watching what I eat. I am also doing Walk Away the Pounds and in 1 wees I am going to begin Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and 6 week 6 pack in addition to Slim n 6 and the 28 day Challenge. With my bestfriend Jackie, she is my accountability partner and we are losing weight and getting in shape together!

Personal Information:
I am a 27 year old wife and mother of 3 beautiful children! I am enjoying losing weight just as much as I enjoyed puttin it on. It is like a contest against my old nature to fight through this fat and to get healthy and I will conquer this once and for all! How in the world can I get beat by a cupcake? LOL! It's my time to drop this weight and keep trucking!

It would be raw fruits, veggies ad raw nuts. A couple other things can be incorporated like most dried seaweed and raw honey. The possibilities are unlimited when you combine the foods into recipes. Find a great raw foods cookbook and you will never be bored.
