My Goals:
My overall goal is to learn how to eat right and workout to lose weight. After I lose the unwanted pounds I want to be able to maintain a healthy body weight.
My Program:
My program consists of making better food choices, eating at least 5 serving of fruits and veggies a day. I try to workout at least 5 days a week if not more doing Cardio and Strength Training. I surround myself with positive people who support my weight loss efforts.
