Yep, changed the page once again. 2009 is my year! I've started over too many times to count. This year will not be like that. I've made some changes in my life and decided I will add a healthy lifestyle to it. I know it's going to be hard but I also have no doubt that I can and will do it. Why? Yep, changed the page once again. 2009 is my year! I've started over too many times to count. This year will not be like that. I've made some changes in my life and decided I will add a healthy lifestyle to it. I know it's going to be hard but I also have no doubt that I can and will do it. Why? This time I'm not doing it alone. I would love to find a good accountability partner. One who I can motivate and one who will motivate me. One that will not give up after a week or two. One that is not afraid to get in my face, ear, email LOL and say get off your butt! Even if I don't find one I will not be alone my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ said He will always be with me. I call on the Lord for many things but I realize weight loss too is a struggle that I need help with. There is no problem to big or small for my God! Believe that!

I also realize that when I have something to look forward to I try harder. Food used to be my award. Now I look at it like why am I rewarding myself with something I'm struggling with?! I'm a shoe freak all day long so......most of my rewards maybe shoes. Hey that's ok with me! I don't care as long as they are comfortable!
