I have been a member since 2006. It's almost 2012. I haven't lost anything but my mind. All jokes aside, my health is not great and I have to change that. I don't plan on leaving this earth anytime soon so it's time to get serious!!!

My Goals:
My main goal is to lower my blood pressure.

Exercise on a regular basis.

Walk at least 10,000 steps a day.

Drink eight glasses of water a day.


My Program:
I am going to try Weight Watchers.

I'm also starting a walking club.

Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.
