Hey There,

i've been a member for some time now and have actually lost 20lbs in 6 months with this site's help.

Unfortunately, i lost site of my goals and gained it all back...lol.

SOOOOOOOO:

i'm learning to be more consistent in exercise and nutrition. Traveling for work has given me an excuse to ignore these things. Hopefully, i will be able to motivate myself to do better and get back to a healthy weight.

Short Term Goals:
*Work out consistently 4-5 days a week
*Lose 5 lbs by 7/26/13
*Lose 15 total lbs by 9/1/13-(i get to go shopping)

My Goals:
To see improvements in health and shape before my birthday. ---DONE!

To make a permanent change to eating and exercise habits in 2013. ---in progress

Long Term Goal: Lose 35 lbs, tone up and keep the body i've worked hard for.

My Program:
My plan is to change diet slowly. Subtle changes will be my target (reduction in sodium, eat out less, etc.). i also plan to make opportunities for exercise instead of waiting for them to present themselves.



Other Information:
i grow easily tired of routines so if you could share with me how to keep exercise interesting or of ways to switch up activites, that would be most appreciated.
