Size 22 to 0-- low carb to pescatarian to VEGAN-yes I can and DID!!!

From a size 22 to a size 0 jeans --gotta love Old Navy for that! I've done it all it the diet world-low fat to low carb to very low carb to pescatarian to my current vegan--and I am very happy with it! Also began my journey back to health after being rear ended and going through months of physical and occupational therapy--and thank God for seeing me through! Even though I have carpal tunnel in both wrists I learned to lift heavy weights--I love sprinting, Tae Bo, Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper ...

No frankenfoods if I can help it! And want to do a MARATHON in 2014-or at least a half marathon! And transitioning to maintenance mode-I don't wait to lose weight now, it's all about the muscle! :D

My Goals:
Health-to defy family medical history of diabetes and heart disease. Dealing with carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. Personal-to show that a 40-something woman can work toward goals like weight loss and abs after having two kids :D

My Program:
Currently vegan. I began with my mini-elliptical and added weights, kettlebells,P90X, Supreme 90, Tae Bo, interval sprinting, mini-stepper and StairMaster, Zumba....and that EVIL but effective Jillian Michaels. Did I say EVIL Jillian? :)

Other Information:
Newly adopted mantra-"Fish are friends-NOT FOOD!" Thanks Dory ;)
