That sounds like a good diet you are on. I am not really on an actual diet I am just eating right and working out. I believe I've heard of that author before, sounds like a good book to read. I love hot green tea too ! Hmmm that is very inspiring, I don't know if you will get upset or not, but I am actually an atheist/agnostic but yes that is a great way to look at our body, knowing that it is a temple.
