My Goals:
I would like to get to a size 16W or 18. I once was over 350 lbs and lost 140lbs but now have gained back 80 lbs of that after I had a stroke. The stroke was 3 yrs ago andI would like to now lose the 80 lbs.

Exercise for 10 min:

My Program:
Well I know me well enough that I need suppport and I will not be able to get that from my hubby. I am hoping to increase my fruit and veggie intake, increase my water intake, increase me exercises through the Wii.

Personal Information:
I am from Southern Indiana and I am 43 yrs old. I have 2 yorkie mixes that were rescues. One is a female (8) and a male (3). They are spoiled!!!

That sounds like a good diet you are on. I am not really on an actual diet I am just eating right and working out. I believe I've heard of that author before, sounds like a good book to read. I love hot green tea too emoticon ! Hmmm that is very inspiring, I don't know if you will get upset or not, but I am actually an atheist/agnostic but yes that is a great way to look at our body, knowing that it is a temple. emoticon
Hmmmmm....nothing really motivated me today besides the fact that what I am doing is going to really make us look good and be HEALTHY emoticon

Ah I get that feeling too with craving at night, ugh. LOL yeah I know what you mean, hopefully the books ARE right, gosh. Yes that would be great :) a spark buddy would help I believe. Have a great day!! I just had maple oatmeal and 1 cup of water and I am drinking a cup of green tea now. Pretty good stuff. Whats your favorite breakfast?
