Fitness Fanatic returns...

I'm formerly a Fitness Fanatic! My first year in college I dropped 30lbs., I was driven to avoid the freshman curse. I would go hiking every weekend, to the gym at least 5x a week, and watched/tracked everything that I put in my mouth. I was able to keep it off until now. My senior year I've gained 10lbs. and don't want to fall back into my old habit. I'm determined to nip this in the butt early before it gets out of control.

My Goals:
My goal is simply, or should I say simplier said than done! I want to drop these last few pounds and maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am well awarae of the health problems that run in my family:
-diabetes
-congestive heart failure
-heart disease
-leukemia
-breast cancer

This scares the crap out of me, but I realized at an early age that what ever I put in my body is what I'm going to receive...in other words - I put in crap, I get crap-

So knowing my family history has motivated me more then anything to watch what I do to my body. I only have one body and one life and I plan on staying around for a while so I need my body to beable to keep up!

My Program:
Right now my program is to get back into my routine.

Portion control and healthy eatting habits.

Cardio 4x a week

Strength 3x a week

Hiking on Saturday morings.

All day Sunday to relax.
