I made a yummy treat last night; Throw some frozen fruit in the blender (I used a handful of blueberries and some peach slices) blend a bit, then add a container of yoplait vanilla greek yogurt. Blend until smooth. It made so much I had to share with my son. It had the consistency of ice cream but less than 100 calories!
Hi there! I have had an up and down week too. Overall pretty good, but went out for Mexican food last night...ugh I have not been journaling and need to get back to it today. Make sure and drink lots of water and get your sweat on today!
