The important thing is owning it, just get back on track. We all have those type of days. Here is an analogy I like to remember: If you are on a road trip and get a flat tire, do you get out of your car pi$$ed off and slash all of your tires? Or do you calmly fix the flat and finish your journey? After a bad meal, day, or even week, we need to just confront the problem and move on with our weight loss journey I have had to remind myself of this a lot lately Have a great, healthy weekend!
