Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by my page. I am 27 years old and I have now been on Sparkpeople an entire year. You can read my original opening below this message. Looking back over the past year I see many areas of great achievement and honestly areas where I slacked off! But I am very proud of myself thus far. So many people have noticed my efforts and it just keeps me moving towards my goals. I am 5'8.

Hey! My name is Michelle, I am 26 years old and I am here because I want a healthier life. I do want to be smaller (TRUST ME) but I don't want to have to worry about heart diease, stroke and diabetes (which all run in my family)...and because I want children....I also want to be able to wear whatever I want to!!

I'm just taking the time I need to take care of myself and to get myself in order.

**11/13/08 Bought my very first pair of size 16's ever! Never been smaller**
**12/2008 In the 220's- Last remembered weight was in the 230's in high school**---wow! over 30lbs less than my high school weight
**2/17/2010 a SIZE 12! out to the twenties and teens!!!

Current GOALS:
1) Loose the last 8lbs that are keeping me in the 200's... to be under 200!---REACHED! :)

My Goals:
To always keep going no matter what!



My Program:
*Work out 5 a week

*Stay within my calorie range- maintain VERY mindful eating. Be between 1500-1700 calories a day.
*More fruits, vegetables and water


Personal Information:
I love the beach, the outdoors, going to the park, I can recently add I love going to the gym, it is a small family type gym and everyone is really friendly, plus the good feeling I get after I work-out keeps me going back. I love traveling.

Other Information:
My highest weight ever was 277! So starting this journey I've already lost weight, so I know I am capable. My largest size was a 24..I am now a 18/20..Can't wait to go down more! 6/08
** I am now a size 18 and they are loose.
** I am now a size 16
* fit into my first pair of 14's!~ I am a size 14 now!
* I got into some 12s before starting to slowly gain weight again! I am now a 16/18 again.

I'm ok, trying to get back on track, was on Vacation and went a little overboard. :/ I'm ready to get back started at the gym and eating healthier.

Thanks for the comment on my Spark Page and the goodie!!! I AM beginning a new year, too. When we began in 2008, we were new and excited! I hope to get that back this year. I walked 3 Leslie Sansone miles this morning...got started anyway!!

Saw that you've recently rebooted your weight loss efforts after putting some back on, and just wanted to say that I'm so proud of you for taking the initiative to get back on track. It's so hard to stay focused, but you totally have shown you have what it takes. You can do this!! :D
