Do a little more each day

"Do a little more each day than you think you possibly can." This is on a Dove chocolate wrapper from my husband and is tacked to my board at work, behind the computer. I see it every day and yet I feel like I'm seeing for the first time today. Enough is enough - I've been successful at many things in life and but avoided tackling the huge issue of my unhealthy lifestyle. The time is now.

My Goals:
My goal is to eat a healthier diet, exercise more often and hopefully along the way, get closer to a healthy weight and decrease my chance for diabetes (strong family history) and wear tall boots!

My Program:
I started Weight Watchers on 7/5/12 and so far, I really like the mix of flexibility and accountability.

Other Information:
Why I want to lose weight:
1. Decrease chance of diabetes
2. Live longer for my two guys, D and O
3. Get off blood pressure medications
4. More energy
5. More self confidence
6. More options / fun shopping for clothes
7. Wear tall boots!

My Weight "Mile Markers"
Max non-pregnant weight (that I've ever documented- I suspect the true peak is higher!) 284 on 3/26/10

Max pregnant weight 288.5 on 8/8/11

Lowest weight 254.5 on 11/21/11 (in last two years of tracking)
