Hi and Welcome to Spark People MSGIGI3 this journey back to good health is only as long as we make it and we will get discouraged sometime, but we know the journey is worthwhile. Hang in here we can do this because we know what our goals are. We will need motivation, and encouragement along the way this is why we joined Spark People. You can do it!!! Have fun with your workouts so it seems more like "fun" and less like exercise!!! Find something you LOVE to do.I was reading Mary Shomons book the thyroid diet and she was saying that "normal"people without tyroid issues have to workout MINIMUM an hour a day to maintain their weight.I know it's going to be a huge battle but believe in yourself and just DO IT!!!
