    You can do it!!! Have fun with your workouts so it seems more like "fun" and less like exercise!!! Find something you LOVE to do.I was reading Mary Shomons book the thyroid diet and she was saying that "normal"people without tyroid issues have to workout MINIMUM an hour a day to maintain their weight.I know it's going to be a huge battle but believe in yourself and just DO IT!!!
