Hi! I was just reading the "weigh in" thread on the "30 somethings page . . . " and hear your frustration. I made big changes last week and only lost 2 pounds - sigh. I was hoping for more too, especially with the workouts and the change in diet. That said, like you, I am determined to stay with it and not get discouraged enough to slide backwards (which is a bad pattern for me).
Keep at it! Sounds like you are doing great and making healthy choices. Have a GREAT week - reach out any time you feel you need support.
