My Goals:
Starting small so-
1. lose 5 lbs by Feb 27
2. 15 min of activity every day
Yay! met both early on. Changing to:
3. strength training twice a week
4. Lose another 5 lbs by Feb 27.
I CAN do this.

My Program:
No repeats on the carbs!!
Do it early so no excuses
