Living Life Well

"After turning 25, I realized I couldn't live, eat and party as wreckless as I was." Yep, that's what a good friend of mine once said, and I sure realized what she was talking about the morning I woke up on my 25th birthday.

For me, it's creating a different lifestyle for myself. I'm not going to call it a diet, but a lifestyle change, something that isn't impossible to keep up with. I don't believe in depriving oneself, but SparkPeople has helped me track what I can have and how much I should have of it.

I enjoy an active lifestyle. I love my time for me at the gym, and the thought of how it will pay off keeps me going. When I can't make it to the gym, my dogs keep me moving at home. Aren't they precious?

My goal is to not just lose the pounds, but keep up with healthy eating habits.

My Goals:
1. Lose the weight.
2. Keep it off.
3. Live each day happy and healthy.

My Program:
I've learned it's 80% of what you put in your mouth, and only 20% exercise. I go to the gym about 4 days a week and alternate between spinning, aerobics, walking/running, and strength training.
