My Healthy Journey

My family and I have started living a healthier lifestyle and trying to leave out all processed foods, focussing on whole organic foods. We are mainly vegetarian, though that varies among the family members. I have been incorporating allot more greens in my diet. We planted a garden a couple of months ago :) We currently have broccoli, kale, spinach, romaine, beets, carrots, swiss chard and salad greens growing quite well!

Anywho, I am hoping that making some healthy changes that the weight will come off naturally... though even that has proved to be quite a challenge!

Whew, another week has come and gone. Hope all goes well. I'm REALLY hoping you hit the amazing goal of 50lbs. Scard but looking forward to weighing in as usual. I think I count down the days every week! Here's hoping!

Um well after I hit my 20lb weight loss, I stopped. Then I balanced between 144-149lbs since then. I didn't even want to try during the holidays due to stress levels. But I set a goal last July and I have until the end of May. So I must see it through and needed to start again. Just started and still weighing in on Sundays. I can't wait to weigh in this week. It's my favorite thing to do. Anyways, you will totally make the 50lb mark and that will be SWEET! As for self control, losing 50lbs shows self control. Way to go.

Woo hoo, I finally got me computer set back up and I am just starting back to losing weight. So just wanted to see how you are doing if you arestill working on Spark then let me know and we can tally ho together.
