Hang in there! Sorry you aren't having the best day... me either, so I can relate! Luckily, I was able to go do a zumba class (actually, just MADE the time, as I really needed an attitude adjustment) and it helped me feel SO much better. Maybe you could go take a quick walk or something. Often the endorphins from the physical activity really do help...
Stay positive, and know you're not alone!
