2. Have fitness and exercise be a part of my daily life.
Short term goals:
1. Exercise 3 times a week.
2. Next goal weight 200.
3. Complete the Alaska hike.

My Program:
1. Watch portion sizes.
2. Try to include fruits and vegetables in my eating plan.
3. Be kind to my self! (less negetaive thinking.
