I am starting over but I have decided this is the last time to start over. I will ride this journey though the ups and downs. I will hang on and keep fighting to find me. This year will be my year of change. So far it is a heck of a journey.

What a sweet note you left on my blog! Thank you!

I appreciate your identifying with my problem of stinking-thinking and your encouragement to use the compliments as impetus to keep on keeping on!

I am also inspired by reading YOUR determination to stay on the journey through the ups and downs ... to hang on and keep fighting to find yourself. I can tell you two things about yourself: You are KIND and GIVING! Those things are actually more important than being thin!

I TRY (usually successfully) to spend 5 - 7 minutes every morning talking to myself positively. It works better some days than others, but I do find myself remembering some of the things I've said that morning as I stand in front of the open fridge looking for something to eat! I learned it from SP and I wonder how many people do it. Do you do it?

Thanks again for your encouragement!
