Joan's Journey

I have an office job and have noticed that I have been gaining a couple of pounds per year. As the years go by, the pounds add up. In Jan. 2012 it was time for a slimmer/trimmer me.

In Jan. 2013, I was 54 pounds lighter and maintaining! Life is good! Still maintaining in 2014.

It is now January 2015. Living a healthy lifestyle--keeping active, feeling good and loving life!

My Goals:
My goals are to have more energy and feel good!



My Program:
I am using the Nutrition Tracker to monitor what I eat. Using the activity tracker to track exercise--cardio 7 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. Drinking 72 oz. of water per day and
trying to get enough sleep.

Personal Information:
I am from Gorham, NY, which is located in the Finger Lakes region of New York state.

Other Information:
I am a Cost Accountant for a manufacturing firm. In addition my husband and I own (and husband manages)
Indian Pines Farm Market located in Penn Yan, NY.

Crowd out poor health habits. Choose activity before TV. Eat 3 veggies first for each meal. You will crowd out the less healthy choices.
