Energy and persistence conquer all things

Wife to a US Army soldier, Mother to a 6 year old son.

To be honest, in the past, I was giving a "half effort" at weight loss and being healthy. As long as it was convenient, as long as it wasn't inconveniencing my family, as long as it wasn't difficult, etc.
You get the idea.

Hey there!! Thanks for the photo comment!! I actually have a BodyBugg (pretty much the same thing as a BodyMedia) and I really enjoy it!

And I'm right there with you - cheese is SO hard for me to give up! I'm okay without any other type of dairy, but cheese is just impossible for me to give up!!! I naturally stick with more of a vegetarian diet anyways as well, so its just adjusting what I already eat a little bit.

I think your juice fast sounds like a great idea! What exactly do you do for that and how long does it last? What kind of results do you usually see from it?

Hey there! Thanks for the blog comment! I appreciate it! I think the challenge is a fun idea and I'll totally do it with you - but also for me this is more of a lifestyle change. So I don't really want to go into it with a "challenge" mentality (that if I mess up I've failed, you know?) I think it will work out well! Feel free to join me after your juice fast!

Hope you have a great day!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I am nervous about doing this, but it should be quite an adventure. Never would have believed that I'd be doing this kind of crazy thing one day!
