I've been active since I was just a young girl; playing in sports, running, biking, gymnastics you name it. Then, due to several factors I was unable to live an active lifestyle, this lasted for about 5 years. It got to the point where I could not walk around the block without severe pain. I was already on my way to regaining my active lifestyle when a wonderful person told me about Spark People. I've enjoyed the tips on increasing stamina. I was most appreciative of my new found fitness when I was teaching my little girl to ride her bike, I ran beside her for several blocks; it was exhilarating! She was ready to learn and thanks to Spark People, I was ready and able to teach her.

My Goals:
*My primary goal is to get down to a healthy weight. *I''d like to be able to do silly things I used to take for granted, like hugging my knees.
*Run jump and play with my girls.
*Set a good example for my children, so they never have to experience obesity.


My Program:
*walking nearly everyday.
*Biking to work from time to time.
*rollerblading with my girls while they ride their bikes
*Eating more fruits and vegetables
*having fun trying out Spark recipes; my family loves the sweet potatoe fries.



Personal Information:
I like to keep busy, a saying that I've coined is "I'm stretched so thin I'm transparent"; oddly enough a lot of my friends can identify. Life has so much to offer, I certainly wouldn't want to be guilty of missing anything!

    Wow...I wasnt expecting your page to be a winter theme since its almost summer. I almost had to get a jacket on.
    Anyway, sorry I havent been on in awhile. I am babysitting 3 kids and I am doing that like over 40 hours aweeks. Most of the time I just crazh in the city since its my friend's kids. Unfortunally, now she feels she can wake me up at 6 in the morning and she decides to hang out with the boyfriend until 6 or 7 at night. So I have no time for myself.
    I have saved enough money to get my own place which I am moving into this weekend. So that will help me get move free-time to work on me and our group.
    Just dropping acouple of lines...just to tell that I have been online and have been working slowly at my goal. I will be posting move in the next couple of weeks. Thanks for commenting on my page. I seriously needed to know that someone cared just because.
