I am 3lbs closer to pre vaca weight. I had gained a ton but it seems to be coming down fast. I have been monitoring it more closely that what I typically do. I will usually wait one week to weigh but feel I need to get a hold and quickly. It is so hard to weigh in the first time but look at it as a temp number and something to go by. You can do it! Bite the bullet. I may not be as bad as you thought,although mine was as bad as I thought! lol
Hello there! I am moving right along! Trying to walk/jog 4 to 5 miles, 7 days a week! I am FINALLY seeing a difference! I felt better the whole time and I was ok with just that, but now seeing a difference in my body! Cant wait to see more results! How is it going for you?
