Thanks for you response to drinking to much water. This is something that I haven't looked into yet but after reading your response and the link you sent me makes me think that I may be at risk of Hyponatremia. I wasn't aware that it could be an issue to drink to much just had a nagging feeling about it. I think I will be concentrating on how much water I actual drink and reduce it if needed.
No one kind of exercise. I just love feeling healthy and I'm enjoying the consistency. I work out with a trainer 3 days a week and now I do a half hour of cardio after we lift weights and I show up early to warm up on a cardio machine or at the track. I am so happy and am loving the prospect of more working out. I look forward to it and enjoy the challenge and the changes I am feeling and seeing! Plus I now go on my own without seeing my trainer so I'm at 6 days a week and can't wait to reach the point where I go everyday because I would be unhappy if I didn't! 2836 days ago
