Getting Motivated

I am 37 and a mother of two boys. I have finally decided that I need to lose some weight and get in shape. I have made excuses about finding the time to exercise in the past and have decided that if I really wanted it I would find the time.

My Goals:
My goal started out to lose 15 pounds. Since I am close to that now I changed it to 20 pounds.

My new goal is to get fit. I knew I would have to exercise to lose the weight but didn;t realize how much i would get out of the exercise. Now I can't wiat to exercise instead of dreading every minute which is how I thought I would feel when I started.

My Program:
I am sticking to the diet of 1200 -1500 calories a day and have added more fruit and veggies to my daily routine.

I do on demand exercise programs. I switch daily I like Jillian Michaels, Leslie Sansome, Jackie Warner, Pilates, and a few others.

I recently started the C25K running program. I am most excited about completing this program.

Personal Information:
I live in Philadelphia, PA with my husband and 2 young sons. We love the summer and enjoy spening time at the beach. I love to read... nothing better than a day at the beach with a good book :)
