New BFL-er

I began my weightloss journey at 190 pounds. My goal is to reach 130. As of the middle of July, I am 176 pounds and looking forward to seeing the scale move in the right direction. I am currently following Body For Life although I am having difficulty getting started with the food portion. I began my weightloss journey at 190 pounds. My goal is to reach 130. As of the middle of July, I am 176 pounds and looking forward to seeing the scale move in the right direction. I am currently following Body For Life although I am having difficulty getting started with the food portion. In addition to Body for Life, I have and occasionally use my Walk Away the Pounds DVDs, of which I have a HUGE collection. I don't have any local support so I decided to look for support online. I am hoping to get lucky enough to find another BFLer in the Pinson, AL area. I have invested in a treadmill and small home gym and use it everyday.

I want to motivate others in whatever path they choose to walk whether it be to lose weight, maintain or just feel healthier. Feel free to email me if I can help you.

My Goals:
Drink at least 80 ounces of Water per day.

Exercise for at least 20 minutes per day.

Try to Eat closer to the program each day.

Make one phone call per week to support a weight loss partner.

My Program:
Every morning I fill up four 20 ounce bottles with water and put them in the freezer. I drink on these all day. I will not drink any other beverage before all four bottles are empty.

I am following Body for Life and alternating strength and cardio to get in my exercise.

Hi. My name is Chrislyn. I am a 34 year old wife and mother of 3 young boys.
I am following Body for Life. My Weight loss goal for maintenance is 130 pounds.

I am starting a home business ( Boyd's Bookkeeping) and feel that improving my appearance will go a long way in improving my business - not to mention the cheaper clothing.

Other Information:
I am fond of books by Christine Feehan, Isobel Bird, Scott Cunningham, Sybil Leek and Dorothy Morrison .

My favorite TV show is Ghost Whisperer. I watch Charmed, Buffy and House on DVD and have an extensive DVD Movie Collection featuring romance, action and sci-fi.
