    emoticon Hello! How's it going? I'm sorry work has been so busy for you! I guess that's job security these days, huh. emoticon That's cool about that biggest loser boot camp, I'll have to try it. Thanks for the info. Well, not much is new. I have decided though to take a break from that boot camp class I was taking. It is just too dang hot down here to be doing all that stuff outside. I'll go back when it's cooler though. I do have a video at home from The Firm series. It's called Maximum burn and it feels the same way as that boot camp class so that's what I'm doing now. emoticon Well,just wanted to drop you a little note. Keep up the good work!!     Good Morning! How's it going? Things are good here. I'm really sore though from that boot camp class I go to on Monday's. I guess that means I really worked hard but it would be nice to not be sore the whole week. Today I've decided that I'm going to push through the soreness and add another day or two to my plan. The past couple of weeks I've been really sore for the whole week and I thought if I don't add another day or two or three to my week I may not see any big changes so that's my plan.

    I love taebo!! I hope you like it! It really, really works if you do the moves with everything that you have. I lost 20 lbs (many years ago) in about 6 months just doing taebo about 3-4 times a week.

    I agree about working out outside. Well, I do like to be outside but Florida summers are so stinking hot that it sort of takes the fun out of it but I do feel really accomplished when it's over. I was watching the weather and found out that we are having a heat wave, in Florida, a heat wave. I thought every summer was one giant heat wave but appearantly our feels like temp has been over 100 degrees for about 4 days now. This is probably the hottest summer I have felt in the 10 + years I've been living here.

    That is a little sad to think that people have to invest so much time into working out everyday. That's why if I can get up in the morning it would be so much easier for me but I have not been successfull yet. I am not a morning person. I guess the good news is that we can do it in chunks of time if we don't have a full hour everyday. If we work out 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there it all adds up and is the same as if you did work out for an hour at a time. Thinking that always makes me feel better.
