Hi. My weight has interfered with my goals my whole life. From the little things, like fitting in an airplane seat to the big things, like career advancement, my weight has been the constant anchor. More than anything, it has interfered with my outlook. They say you are the same person no matter what your weight, but that does not hold true for me. I have yo-yo'd a LOT and I like my personality better when I am losing the weight.

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this step to getting healthy. You will find a lot of info here and there are many waiting to encourage you. Find teams that meet your needs then post every day. That will help you stay accountable. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed here. It will take a couple of weeks before you really feel like you know what your doing. If you have questions please ask. All of us were new once and had to ask ourselves. And do not ever give up.
